Established and incorporated in 1983, the Black Public Relations Society of Chicago is the largest, and founding chapter of the National Black Public Relations Society (NBPRS)

BPRS is the foremost organization for professional image makers and strategists providing professional development, networking, mentoring career, and internship opportunities.

BPRS strives to nurture, enlighten and inform its membership about new technologies and techniques. Our goal is to empower our entrepreneurs and practitioners to network and succeed.

BPRS serves as an advocate for black professionals in public relations, media relations, corporate
communications, investor relations, government affairs, community relations, and related fields.
